Who We Are

To conduct evidence-based quantitative and qualitative research, promote safe, fair and dignified migration, combat human trafficking/smuggling, protect vulnerable children/adult, empower women/socially marginalized groups, provide education and vocational training for all, health promotion/education, offer innovative entrepreneurship development/skills training programs, counselling/psychosocial services, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs, environmental protection and conservation, create/develop community development projects, information campaign/awareness raising, promote gender equality, advocacy, provide sustainable return and reintegration, production of Green Stove for clean cooking that reduces deforestation and maintain carbon sinks, offer free visa/migration consultation and advisory services to potential migrants/student, empower communities with sustainable livelihoods and building generation of community change-makers towards sustainable development without prejudice.

RECFAM started in Ghana, and now has independent local registered branches in Cameroon, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire and USA (501c3) in States of Colorado & Illinois.

Our Goal

The goal of RECFAM is to work in close collaboration with various stakeholders – Government and Non-Governmental Organizations locally/internationally to create enabling environment and provide a better sustainable livelihood to our target groups.

To also create/develop pragmatic solutions to address social problems, climate change/forced migration and promote equality, entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship whilst building the capacity of community change-makers for the next generation and harnessing migrants’ technical, financial, manpower, brain drain and social resources towards sustainable development.
